Cloud Storage

Runcrate storage gives you persistent volumes that exist independently of your GPU instances. Your data survives instance termination, so you can stop and start instances without losing work.

How It Works

When you create a storage volume, it lives in your chosen cloud storage backend. You mount it to any instance during deployment, and it appears as a directory inside your container. When you terminate the instance, the volume and all its data remain intact — ready to mount to your next instance.

Key Features

Persistent Data

Volumes persist beyond instance termination. Stop worrying about losing checkpoints, datasets, or model weights.

Multiple Backends

Choose from Wasabi, AWS S3, or Backblaze B2 based on your performance and budget needs.

File Explorer

Browse, search, and manage files directly from the dashboard without SSH access.

Mount Anywhere

Mount a volume to any instance in the same project. Share data across deployments.

Storage Backends

WasabiGeneral useGlobal regions, cost-effective, no egress fees
AWS S3Low-latency workloadsTight integration with AWS ecosystem, many regions
Backblaze B2Budget-friendly archivalLowest per-GB cost, simple pricing

Pricing

Storage is billed at $0.03 per GB per month, charged weekly. You only pay for the size you provision.
