Billing FAQ

Runcrate uses a prepaid credit system. You add credits to your project, and usage is deducted automatically. GPU instances are billed hourly, Models API is billed per request/token, and storage is billed weekly. See Pricing for rates.
You are charged when you add credits to your account (a top-up). Resource usage is then deducted from your credit balance — there are no surprise invoices at the end of the month.
All running instances are terminated automatically to prevent debt. Storage volumes are retained for a grace period but become inaccessible. Add credits or enable auto-recharge to avoid disruption.
The minimum top-up is $5. There is no minimum monthly commitment or subscription fee.
No. Runcrate does not charge egress fees for data transfer out of instances or storage.
You set a credit threshold and a recharge amount. When your balance drops below the threshold, your default payment method is charged automatically and credits are added. See Auto-Recharge for setup instructions.
Not currently. All credits are 1:1 with USD regardless of the amount purchased.
Go to Dashboard → Billing to view your full transaction history. You can filter by transaction type (Deposits or Usage) and access Stripe invoices for each deposit.
