Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Runcrate, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

Use License

Permission is granted to use Runcrate for deploying and managing GPU instances, subject to the following restrictions:

You must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
You must not use the service to transmit malware or harmful code
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Billing and Payment

Runcrate operates on a prepaid credit system:

You must maintain sufficient credits to cover your usage
Billing is calculated hourly based on active deployments
Credits do not expire
Refunds are provided at our discretion
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with or without notice.

Content and Data

You retain all rights to any content or data you upload to Runcrate. By using our service, you grant us the right to store and process your data as necessary to provide the service. You are responsible for backing up your data.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Runcrate to:

Mine cryptocurrency without explicit permission
Conduct distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks
Scan or probe networks without authorization
Distribute spam or malicious content
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

Limitation of Liability

Runcrate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
